The History Top Hat Art Collective

Located in Bakersfield, CA and started in 2018 by Tom and Mary Cox, the Collective started out as an addition to their tattoo and body art shop. Their space has since grown into two spaces, one the tattoo side and the other the gallery.

Art shows began off with local artists and has since grown into a full functioning art gallery, with rotating group and solo exhibits, events, classes, and workshop space.

Top Hat Art Collective has now grown to feature up and coming and established artists from all walks of life, near and far. We strive to provide a space for creatives to showcase their work, learn new skills, connect with others, and offer events to our local community, making a richer world together.
